mail:- info@naukripay.com Garment Production Incharge oversees and manages the entire garment production process, from material sourcing to final shipment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing production activities while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:Production Planning and Execution:Develop and execute detailed production plans based on order forecasts and inventory levels. Ensure daily production targets are met. Monitor material status and progress against orders. Prepare textile and apparel production plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Oversee the entire garment production process from sampling to final shipment. Quality Control and Assurance:Coordinate with the quality manager to ensure defective goods are avoided. Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Review production status of orders and ensure products meet specified quality levels. Resource Management:Manage and allocate resources (human and material) effectively. Ensure proper maintenance and organization of machinery, equipment, and the production floor. Ensure all work stations are properly illuminated and safe. Team Leadership and Management:Supervise and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and other subordinates. Provide job assignments and training to subordinates. Evaluate the performance of subordinates. Cost Management and Efficiency:Monitor and maintain monthly costs. Ensure cost-effective production processes. Identify and implement ways to improve production efficiency. Other Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control processes. Ensure that safety and health protocols are followed. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., planning, quality, technical). May be involved in product design and purchasing. Handle labor issues. Ensure on-time shipment of goods. Show more Show less
