Experience: 3-6 Years Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Overview The GCP Data Engineering Lead will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our data infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. This position involves hands-on experience with key data components, ensuring the smooth functioning of our data systems, and collaborating closely with various teams to support business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using GCP data components. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing. Optimize data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with data security and governance best practices. Work closely with DevOps teams to manage the project lifecycle, including code repository, build, and release management. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with GCP data components such as BigQuery, Data Fusion, Cloud SQL, etc. Strong understanding of Data Lakes and Data Warehouses. Experience managing the DevOps lifecycle of projects, including code repository, build, and release management. Good SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with Data Security, Compliance, and best practices. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Project Documentation. Certification in GCP or relevant areas is a plus.
