Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound travel queries related to flight and car rentals. Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking, re-issuance, and cancellations. Provide end-to-end travel assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ensure accuracy in bookings and adhere to process and compliance standards. Maintain service levels in a rotational shift setup. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience using Amadeus GDS (certificate not mandatory). Strong communication skills with C1 level English proficiency. Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations. Willingness to work rotational shifts and 5.5 days a week.
