About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GDS Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for related to car rental bookings, GDS management, customer service, etc. You will utilize your expertise in GDS systems to efficiently process car rental or airline bookings, ensure accuracy, and provide excellent support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process car rental bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus proficiency). Ensure accuracy of booking information and handle any modifications or cancellations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving booking-related issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Stay updated on the latest GDS functionalities and car rental industry trends. Requirements: 2 years of experience working with GDS systems, with a strong focus on car rentals or airlines 2 years of Experience with Amadeus Familiarity with GDS commands and procedures related to car rental or airlines bookings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
