Role -: Senior AI Resource - Generative AI / ML Exp - 5-10 Years Location - Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon NP - Immediate joiner - 15 days only ( If serving NP ) Key Responsibilities: AI Model Development Model Training & Tuning Model Deployment Support Performance Evaluation Documentation Research & Application Collaboration Mentorship Requirements 1. Proven experience (5+ years) in developing AI/ML models and solutions, with a strong focus on generative AI. 2. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras. 3. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and pre-processing. 4. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools. 5. Ability to independently execute projects while collaborating effectively within a team. 6. Practical experience in model evaluation, including measuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. 7. Familiarity with the entire machine learning lifecycle: data collection, training, deployment, and monitoring. 8. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. 9.
