We are looking for an experienced General Ledger (GL) Controller to manage the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general ledger management and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the monthly and annual general ledger close process. Ensure accurate posting of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts. Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting. Assist with audits and support internal controls to maintain financial integrity. Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistency in financial records. Requirements: Education: M.Com preferred; B.Com with relevant experience also considered. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in GL accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes . Exposure to financial audits and internal controls .
