Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager of Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, and transactions. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Advise on financial planning and budgeting processes. Requirements: CA qualification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the real estate sector. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
