Job Title: General Manager/ AVP - Supply Location: Office Gurgaon/Hybrid (as per company policy) CTC: ~25-40 Lacs per annum + ESOPs. We are well funded with Infoedge group being our largest investor. The founders are Ex-BCG, Apple. Role Overview: This role requires the candidate to manage the supply department Hotel contracting in South East Asia, Europe and Middle East Restaurant/ Cafe beachclubs contracting in South East Asia, Europe and Middle East DMC contracting in South East Asia, Europe and Middle East Build right team structure for global contracting Who are we looking for? Experience in managing scaled supply (Hotels and DMC contracting) at a leading travel (E.g. MMT, Thomas Cook, and the likes) Alternatively, Strong vendor management experience at a startup Strong negotiator Strong with numbers Hungry to grow and contribute Work timings and intensity will be high with a 6 day workweek Lots of travel will be required 5-8 years of experience Show more Show less
