We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking experienced professionals to join us in managerial roles at various levels General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager . Candidates must have a solid background in Solar EPC business development , project acquisition, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new solar EPC projects and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement growth strategies , market expansion plans, and revenue enhancement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and EPC partners . Monitor project pipelines, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives . Leverage insights from market trends, policies, and carbon markets to optimize business outcomes. Collaborate with technical and EPC teams for smooth project execution. Lead or contribute to a high-performing business development team , depending on the role. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA preferred for senior roles. Experience: Manager: 5 - 7 years Assistant GM: 7 - 9 years General Manager: 9 - 12+ years Proven track record in Solar EPC project acquisition and business development. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with renewable energy policies, financial modelling, and carbon markets is a plus.
