Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct statutory audits and tax audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data. Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Provide guidance on accounting principles, GAAP, and company policies to team members. Desired Candidate Profile 9-14 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a strong background in statutory audit, taxation, ICOFR, balance sheet preparation/review/finalization. CA qualification from first attempt preferred; Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
