You will be responsible for strategizing market expansion and playing a key part in team leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision for revolutionizing real estate through fractional ownership. Qualifications and Skills Operations management experience to oversee daily business activities and ensure the company's strategic goals are met. Operations Management (Mandatory skill) Professional communication skills to effectively relay information and instructions across various departments. Strong relationship building capabilities to establish and maintain beneficial partnerships and networks. Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and manage team members towards achieving company objectives.
