The General Manager HR Operations, will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the human resources department. This role involves overseeing key HR domains such as employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS. It is a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across the organization. The role demands close collaboration with senior leadership to support organizational development, implement best practices, and foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 10 15 years of progressive experience across key HR functions such as talent management, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, and organizational development. A minimum of 4 5 years of experience in leading HR operations at a strategic level is essential.
