We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.). Lead and manage the IT team responsible for the implementation, integration, and maintenance of SAP solutions. Develop and execute the overall SAP implementation strategy aligned with business goals and priorities. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the scope, budget, timeline, and resources required for SAP projects. Act as a strategic advisor for the business in all matters related to SAP solutions, offering expertise on optimizing processes and systems. Conduct gap analysis and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders. Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business requirements. Ensure the smooth integration of SAP solutions with existing IT systems, applications, and business processes Identify potential risks and challenges in the implementation phase and proactively manage them. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Drive organizational change management efforts, ensuring the successful adoption of SAP solutions across all relevant departments. Oversee the design and delivery of training programs for end-users to maximize the value derived from SAP systems. Evaluate and identify opportunities to optimize the SAP environment for improved performance and business outcomes. Required skills: 10-12 years of experience in implementing and integrating SAP ERP projects with a focus on the Real Estate industry. SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate). Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects (from planning to execution). Deep understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP FICO, etc. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, integration, and configurations. Solid understanding of business processes and how SAP systems can optimize them. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working with SAP HANA SQL database management system. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
