We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy General Manager who can efficiently oversee daily operations, manage a team of 20-30 people, and drive the organization towards growth. The ideal candidate must be super fast in technology, possess strong computer knowledge, and excel in team leadership, strategic planning, and execution. Main Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 20-30 employees across multiple departments. Set clear goals, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and efficiency. Foster a positive, high-performance work culture and resolve team conflicts proactively. Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, track progress, and provide feedback. 2. Tech & Computer Proficiency: Leverage advanced computer and tech skills to automate processes, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency. Work with HRMS, CRM, project management, and analytics tools to monitor operations. Stay updated with the latest technological trends and implement best practices in business operations. 3. Operations & Process Management: Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth execution of all tasks. Identify inefficiencies and develop automation strategies to reduce manual work. Implement and optimize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for better team coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each department. Generate weekly/monthly reports for senior management with key business insights. Use data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency and overall performance. 5. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop long-term and short-term business strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational plans with business objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and implement scalable business solutions. 6. Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between senior management and teams, ensuring smooth communication. Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Handle client interactions, resolve escalations, and maintain strong business relationships. 7. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Address team, client, and operational challenges with quick and effective solutions. Stay proactive in identifying risks and implementing contingency plans. Maintain a high level of agility in decision-making during urgent situations. Skills Required: Super-fast in technology and computer proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint CRM, HRMS, automation tools, AI-based platforms). Strong team leadership and people management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Expertise in operations management, process optimization, and workflow automation. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Problem-solving abilities and capability to handle high-pressure situations.
