Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensure all machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems are properly maintained and compliant with regulatory standards. Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs. Lead and mentor the maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource planning. Collaborate with procurement for spare parts, tools, and service contracts. Plan and execute shutdown maintenance and major repairs with minimal disruption. Implement and monitor KPIs for equipment uptime, efficiency, and performance. Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental compliance are strictly followed. Review and approve maintenance-related documentation, schedules, and reports. Coordinate with project teams for infrastructure upgrades, fit-outs, or new installations. Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS). Proven experience in managing large teams and complex facilities or manufacturing plants. Familiar with regulatory requirements, safety codes, and engineering standards. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). Strong project management and analytical skills.
