Job Summary: The Office and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and financial operations of the office. This role ensures efficient office management, maintains financial records, and supports organizational goals by implementing effective policies and procedures. Keep record and fully oversee Production Operations by matching with Raw Materials Key Responsibilities: Finance & Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Office Operations & Administration: Stock audit and inventory management on daily basis* Oversee general office operations, including procurement, supplies, and maintenance. Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and office leases. Supervise administrative staff and support HR functions like hiring and onboarding. Maintain office policies and ensure a productive work environment. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency. Oversee Guest Houses, rent management and collection, prudent and timely paperwork Compliance & Reporting: Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. Prepare financial and administrative reports for senior management. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure company compliance. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in finance and office management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [Industry Name] is a plus.
