Should be from furniture industry Manage Project As Per Committed Timelines Manage , Plan & Coordinate Team Work & Operations as per timelines committed Manage Reporting of Hr, Admin, Senior team members , Accounts, and the backhand sales team Train team members Build kpi , processes, and KRA for all team members Take weekly mis of team members Delegate Senior management works to team Report to senior management for work done and not done Implement best manufacturing practices Manage best work environment practices Organise all departments paperwork, online sheets update, erp data collection etc to be done Motivate team members Build relationships with all team members Onboarding and exit of new and existing team members Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Have you worked in the furniture industry?
