Job Description

Civil Engineer with experience in luxury high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of structural engineering, project management, and construction practices specific to high-end, multi-story buildings. The role involves coordinating with the senior project team, contractors, and other engineers to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met. Role & responsibilities Collaborate and develop project plans, blueprints, and specifications of the project. Perform detailed structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and industry standards. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure the project meets specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Resolve any issues related to structural integrity and construction processes. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain detailed records of site inspections. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures. Work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate communication and resolve any project-related issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records. Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials into the project design to meet green building standards and certifications. Preferred candidate profile Proven expertise in structural analysis and design of multi-story buildings. Familiarity with luxury real estate projects and high-quality finishes. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
