We are looking for a General Manager Project Sales, Trade Sales & Technical Sales to lead and expand our business in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across projects, trade channels, and technical solutions, ensuring revenue growth, market penetration, and strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction and building materials industry, along with a strategic approach to business development and sales leadership. Key Responsibilities: Project Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and developers. Manage end-to-end project sales from lead generation to execution and payment collection. Collaborate with consultants and decision-makers to specify and position the companys products in large-scale projects. Trade Sales & Channel Management: Strengthen and expand the dealer/distributor network to drive trade sales. Develop pricing, incentive structures, and sales strategies for trade partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Technical Sales & Product Positioning: Work closely with R&D and product development teams to ensure products meet market demands. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for clients and channel partners. Offer technical guidance and customized solutions to customers for optimal product utilization. Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute annual sales plans and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity and performance. Establish strong relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and positioning. Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in sales within the building materials, construction, or related industry. Proven track record in handling project sales, trade sales, and technical sales. Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and channel partners. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, market penetration plans, and revenue generation initiatives. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and industry-related technologies. B.Tech / BE / MBA preferred.
