Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective territory management, customer relationship building, and product knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, resolve customer issues, and improve overall sales performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of sales operations. Desired Candidate Profile 10-17 years of experience in agricultural sales or related field (fertilizer/agrochemicals). B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university. Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
