Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: · Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. · Identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, sponsorships, and partnerships. · Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships. · Lead the development of pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations. Marketing & Brand Management: · Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, BTL) to promote events and services. · Enhance brand visibility through social media, PR, influencer marketing, and strategic tie-ups. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide marketing efforts. · Oversee the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and marketing collateral. Leadership & Team Management: · Build, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance. · Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly. · Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Event Collaboration: · Work closely with the event production and creative teams to align marketing efforts with event themes. · Attend key events for client interaction, feedback collection, and brand representation.
