Job Title: General Manager Location: Bangalore, India Reports To: CEO Experience: 15-20Years Shift: IST & EST (Monday to Friday) - Work From Office Job Summary: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the company towards achieving its business goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and an effective communicator. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives. Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Should have hands-on experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, and finance functions . Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and productivity. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners. Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce company policies and procedures. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, and wholesale industries is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
