Resort Manager (Male Staff) We are a small, picturesque beach resort in Cherai, offering a peaceful and relaxing stay for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Manager oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. Supervise staff and oversee daily resort operations. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Step in for cleaning duties if required during emergencies. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi with guests and staff. We seek a proactive individual with hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
