The Role As a Generative AI Engineer, youll be at the forefront of AI innovation, crafting solutions that transform industries and redefine whats possible. What Youll Do Push the boundaries of Generative AI, working with cutting-edge models like GPT-4, PaLM, and Stable Diffusion Architect innovative solutions that blend language, vision, and potentially audio in ways never before imagined Dive deep into transformer architectures, optimising them for groundbreaking applications Master prompt engineering and few-shot learning, unlocking the full potential of large language models Pioneer new techniques in controllable generation and multi-modal AI systems Develop scalable inference systems that bring AIs power to real-world applications at lightning speed Collaborate on research initiatives that push the very limits of whats possible in AI Technical Requirements Were looking for someone who doesnt just meet the requirements but someone who exceeds them. Your expertise should include: Proven experience with state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including but not limited to: Open AI: GPT-4o, GPT 4 and GPT-3.5 Palm and FLAN-T5 DALL-E 3 and Stable Diffusion Anthropics Claude: Sonnet 3.5, Opus Open-source models like BLOOM and OPT Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms Expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and zero-shot learning techniques Mastery of various fine-tuning techniques, including: Full fine-tuning Parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods like LoRA, Prefix Tuning, and P-Tuning Instruction fine-tuning Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for large-scale AI deployments Understanding of ethical AI considerations and bias mitigation techniques Why Growhut At Growhut, we offer more than just a job - we provide an opportunity to shape the future of AI.
