Job Title : Gen AI Engineer – Generative AI / Machine Learning (Python, Langchain) Employment Type : Full-Time Locations : Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Noida / Gurgaon Experience Range : 5 to 8 years Role Summary We are looking for a technically skilled Generative AI Engineer to design and implement innovative solutions powered by large language models (LLMs). This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Python and modern LLM frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI applications aligned with business objectives. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain AI-driven systems using frameworks like Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Apply prompt engineering and develop agent-based architectures to create context-aware, intelligent systems. Contribute to the strategic roadmap for LLM development, including architecture and feature planning. Translate business requirements into deployable, production-grade AI models. Collaborate with data engineers and subject matter experts to ensure real-world applicability of AI solutions. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural discussions. Key Skills Strong programming skills in Python , with experience using Langchain and SQL . In-depth understanding of LLM technologies: embeddings, prompt tuning, vector databases, and agent orchestration. Proven background in machine learning or large-scale software systems. Experience working with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of direct experience in developing and deploying LLM or Generative AI solutions. Prior involvement in end-to-end ML model lifecycle or AI product delivery. Knowledge of MLOps and scalable model deployment strategies. Experience in client-focused or interdisciplinary AI project environments. Show more Show less
