Opening for the post of Geologist Company Name: OCL Iron & Steels Ltd (SM Group) Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM - Geology Location: Saltlake, Kolkata Qualification: MSc Geology Experience: 12 to 15 Yrs Salary: CTC upto 14 L PA Job Description: Planning & Execution of Geological Mapping, Logging, Drilling, Sampling of Coal reserve Estimation, Structural Interpretation, Geological Modeling, Preparation and updating Geological and Sub-Surface profile as well as geological report. Analyze core samples to assess coal quality. Assess the commercial viability of coal resources based on geology, quality, and market conditions. Due Diligence analysis of Coal blocks. Regular monitoring of sampling and physical analysis & conduct all geological investigations. Analysis of data regarding Coal Auction-PAN India, Data collection and analysis. Data management (QA/QC), liaisoning with various authorities for submission of documents & letters.
