Regularly review and assess the branchs financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.Overseas Direct Investments (ODI): Process overseas direct investments, ensuring compliance with FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations in India. Coordinate with regulatory bodies to facilitate investment processes if required.International Tax Compliance: Manage cross-border taxation issues, including transfer pricing, withholding taxes, and other international tax matters. Work closely with tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities across jurisdictions.Financial Strategy & Reporting:Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
