That’s broken. You’ll step in to bring creators onboard, get them set up, and grow their revenue - making sure they cash in and their fans get killer travel experiences.What You’ll Do:You’ll work with travel creators, building relationships, managing their earnings, and helping them win. Here’s the gig:- Own Creator Growth: Acquire, onboard and own the P&L for your creators, pushing their revenue up every month.- Build Connections: Get tight with creators - figure out what they need and how we can help them shine.- Dig into Data: Look at numbers to suggest content ideas, travel deals for their exclusive storefront, and tips to boost bookings via their affiliate links.- Team Up: Work with our marketing and tech folks on projects - think campaigns or trip planning.- Make It Smooth: Set up processes to onboard creators and keep things humming as we scale.What We Want:We’re hunting for fresh grads from tier-1 institutes who are ready to hustle and grow with us.
