The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investor relations and fund-raising activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in law, with a preference for those with past law firm experience and a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).Role & responsibilities Responsibilities:1.
