License Compliance & Governance: Ensured compliance with software licensing agreements and managed license tracking. Lead audit preparation and resolve discrepancies. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize licensing costs. Oversee contract renewals and usage monitoring. IT Infrastructure & Optimization: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Implement automation, IaC. Budget & Cost Management: Manage software licensing budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and forecast future needs. Risk & Security Compliance: Address security risks related to software licensing and ensure adherence to security standards. Collaborate with risk teams to mitigate vulnerabilities. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives. Act as the IT liaison with senior leadership. Together with the Cyber Security Team ensure Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR): Reporting & Metrics: Track software license usage, compliance status, and cost optimization metrics.
