Technology Leadership: Lead the IT team with a strong focus on hands-on technical expertise and leadership. Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the existing team to drive performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. Team Management: Inspire and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring that IT projects are completed on time and meet high standards. Technology Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals. Keep the team updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain cutting-edge solutions. License Compliance & Governance: Ensured compliance with software licensing agreements and managed license tracking. Lead audit preparation and resolve discrepancies. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize licensing costs. Oversee contract renewals and usage monitoring. IT Infrastructure & Optimization: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Implement automation, IaC. Budget & Cost Management: Manage software licensing budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and forecast future needs. Risk & Security Compliance: Address security risks related to software licensing and ensure adherence to security standards. Collaborate with risk teams to mitigate vulnerabilities. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives. Act as the IT liaison with senior leadership. Together with the Cyber Security Team ensure Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR): Reporting & Metrics: Track software license usage, compliance status, and cost optimization metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management. Key Result Area: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT team to drive performance and alignment with company goals. IT Project Management: Ensure timely and high-quality completion of IT projects. Technology Strategy: Collaborate on IT strategy and adopt emerging technologies. Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT infrastructure. Budget Management: Manage software licensing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Security Compliance: Address software security risks and ensure compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Align IT initiatives with organizational goals. Business Continuity: Together with the Cyber Security Team Support BCP/DR plans through software licensing strategies. Reporting: Track and report on license usage, compliance, and cost metrics.
