Requirements: 15-18 years of experience in offshore structural engineering, specializing in fixed and floating offshore structures . Strong knowledge of international and local offshore design codes and regulations . Proficiency in SACS, ANSYS, or equivalent software for structural analysis. Proven experience in handling offshore structural projects from design to execution. Ability to lead a team, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects effectively . bachelors degree in engineering (postgraduate degree preferred).
