One of our esteemed client, Leading Data Research / Fintech / Mergers & Acquisitions/ Investment research Company ( MNC ), is looking out for a: Global Recruitment Specialist - To be based at Bangalore ( Hybrid / Remote ) Any Graduation with over 3 + Years of experience in Global Recruitment Salary: Not constrain for Right candidate JD : The Global Recruitment Specialist supports the Client Servicing Teams in their recruitment for the various teams (Research, Origination, Client Management) across offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Assist with candidate selection for Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager roles to support the hiring manager. Coordinate the recruitment process (internal processes, interview management) and ensure all necessary steps are followed through to the onboarding.
