Job Description

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end technologies. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Implement complex workflows and user interfaces for Loan Origination Systems (LOS). - Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. - Ensure high code quality with best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD integration. - Integrate with backend services and APIs, ensuring security and performance best practices. - Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in the fintech and lending space. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, or Zustand). - Should have 3+ years of experience in similar role. - Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and component-based architecture. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Material UI, or Ant Design. - Experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with fintech-specific workflows, especially Loan Origination Systems (LOS), credit underwriting, and compliance. - Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or MobX). - Knowledge of secure authentication (OAuth, JWT) and role-based access controls. - Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching). -Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
