Role & responsibilities * Bring in a graduated increase in car rental business * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives * Identify opportunities for growth and improvement to achieve revenue targets and profitability * Ensure efficient fleet utilization to maximize revenue * Ensure compliance as per client requirement * Manage and optimize the rental process, from reservation to vehicle return, to ensure a vow customer experience i.e., enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty * Capture the market and increase brand presence * Ensure resolution to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. * Manage receivables and payables * Engage in targeted business outreach to maximize organizational growth Preferred candidate profile * Any graduate / post graduate with around 15 years of travel industry experience * Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets * Must be able to speak English, Hindi, Telugu * Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Perks and benefits Competitive Salary Dynamic and challenging work environment
