We are looking for General Manager - Finance for Usha Martin University. Location - Ranchi The General Manager - Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, operations, and compliance of the organization. Financial Strategy and Planning Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Lead financial planning and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Forecast financial trends and identify opportunities to optimize financial performance. Budgeting and Reporting Oversee the preparation, review, and management of annual budgets. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Monitor performance against budgets and implement corrective actions where necessary. Risk Management and Compliance Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax laws, auditing standards, and financial reporting regulations. Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust. Operational Leadership Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Drive cost-efficiency initiatives across the organization. Strategic Initiatives Provide financial insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational strategies. Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters. Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting. Masters degree and professional certifications CA. Candidate must be a CA with a minimum exp. of 10 years in a reputed organization. Candidate from Education industry are preffered.
