Role & responsibilities As the GM projects Civil having previous experience in High rise premium residential projects, your role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the project. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Team Management Regulatory Compliance Quality Control Risk Management Coordination and Communication Procurement and Resource Management Skills Required: Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and residential building design. Budgeting & Cost Control: Strong financial management skills to oversee project budgets. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to keep the project on track and within the timeline. B.
