This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in institutional and tender-based sales, particularly in commercial kitchens for luxury hotels and corporates. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales function with a strong focus on meeting revenue targets. Drive institutional sales, especially in commercial kitchens for luxury hotels and corporates. Own the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, PMCs, developers, and procurement teams . Ensure technical and commercial excellence in all sales processes. Take full ownership of P&L, pricing strategies, and profitability .
