Job Description

The GM Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, developing and directing the Sales and marketing by creating communication across media, managing the media planning/PR and implementing media strategies. Role & responsibilities • Manage the hiring, training and development of needed sales positions • Drive the development of Sales • Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the companys customer base • Oversee project marketing including project launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows and events • Lead social media efforts to collect collateral materials, conduct market research, and develop website design and content in support of high visibility/access to company materials, products or information • Define and direct marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation and for lead tracking and management • Develop and manage the entire marketing & sales budget • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities Interested Candidates may send their resume at exoticahr@exoticahousing.in
