Job Description

Responsibilities : - We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic expert to lead our high -performing Sales team with 8 to 25+ years of experience in similar profiles across the industry, preferably real estate. - The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing business targets, expanding the customer database, championing set annual targets, cross -selling initiatives, expansive team management, and revenue growth. - Developing sales strategies to acquire new clients and create new lines of revenue - Collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop lead -generation plans - Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates - Monitoring competition, economic indicators, and industry trends - Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates - Tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data, and developing plans to address performance gaps - Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives and coaching individual reps to improve sales performance - Enabling team by duly acknowledging team members achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill -building.Being a part of extensive outreach to CP Taking customers and brokers for the site visit and following up to close the deal Updating the CP about their leads and walk ins Updating the project details with CP on a regular basis Field visit for CP Skills : - GM Sourcing,Channel Partners,Team Handled,Real Estate Industry,Sales head,Sales Real Estate,Business development,Team Handling,Developing sales strategies,Collaborating with the Team,Monitoring competition,Setting targets,performance plans,Training,Lead Performance
