Educational Qualifications/;- B.Tech- Electronics and Telecommunications( XII compulsory) Job Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai Responsibilities : 1. Carry out all Radio related equipments servicing at Mumbai In consultation with Global GM, 2. All Relevant statutory approvals required to keep the GMDSS service station active, to be monitored and renewed whenever necessary. 3. All OEM approvals required to keep the GMDSS service station active, to be monitored and renewed whenever necessary. 4. Keep stock of all required spare parts for the Radio equipment service and regularly update the other Radio service stations within SHM. 5. When the stock is low, the spare parts are to be imported for the servicing the GMDSS equipment in consultation with Procuring department. 6. Meet the client and take the stock of customer satisfaction and inform the ISO cell for further action. 7. He should act as an ISO coordinator of his department, and all documents to be maintained as required by Internal quality control department. 8. He should be in regular contact with GM Global for updating the statutory certification of all GMDSS service station within SHM. 9. He is the nodal point of all service station, for submitting all statutory report to DG shipping. So, in consultation with all service station manager, he will submit all reports received from relevant service stations to DG shipping, and follow up if required.
