(1010 KVA above Genser)Location: Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune or Mumbai Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Job Description : The Field Service Engineer Mechanical will be responsible for troubleshooting, overhauling, and repairing Caterpillar (CAT) marine engines. The role requires hands-on experience with diesel engines in marine applications, ensuring high levels of reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical issues in CAT marine engines and associated systems. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on CAT engines (high-speed and medium-speed). Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations. Ensure compliance with Caterpillars service procedures and standards. Prepare service reports, job documentation, and recommendations for customers. Provide on-site technical support and customer training when required. Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of components. Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines while performing field service activities. Travel to customer sites, offshore platforms, and dry docks for service assignments. Qualifications & Experience: ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and overhauling CAT marine engines. Hands-on experience in diesel engine maintenance, repairs, and commissioning. Knowledge of marine industry standards and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in offshore and remote locations. Note: Roles require extensive travel and the ability to work in challenging marine environments.
