Inventory Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound stock, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to confirm stock levels. Monitor and report on damaged, old, or expired food grain stocks. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading personnel, promoting a respectful work environment. Address personnel issues effectively, fostering teamwork and cooperation. Provide training on proper handling and storage techniques. Organization and Maintenance: Ensure that all food grain stocks are arranged and organized according to company standards. Maintain a clean and safe godown environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Implement effective storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock levels, damages, and operational issues for management review. Communicate effectively with management regarding challenges faced with personnel or stock management. Language Skills: Fluency in reading and writing Tamil is required to manage documentation and communicate effectively with the team.
