Shift Fitter Job Description:Equipment Inspection (Line Walk): Conduct daily plant rounds to identify and address machinery abnormalities.Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of all plant machinery.Critical Spares/Consumables Management: Maintain a list of critical spares and consumables, ensure timely requisition and follow-up.Mechanical Breakdown Response: Address and resolve mechanical breakdowns promptly during the shift.VFS/Packing Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain VFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) /Pouch filling packing machines.
