Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Dataflows. Implement data integration solutions to unify data from on-premises and cloud-based sources. Build and manage Lakehouses using Microsoft Fabric for efficient data storage and analytics. Develop and maintain data models and data marts using Power BI or other visualization tools. Monitor and optimize data storage and compute resources in Microsoft Azure and Fabric environments. Implement data partitioning, indexing, and compression techniques to ensure efficient query performance. Ensure data quality and consistency through data profiling, validation, and cleansing processes. Support the implementation of Microsoft Synapse Analytics for advanced analytics and big data workloads. Enable real-time and batch data processing through tools like Azure Stream Analytics or Event Hubs. Implement Data Governance practices using Microsoft Purview for metadata management and compliance. Ensure data security and privacy by enforcing role-based access controls (RBAC) and encryption best practices. Develop and maintain data documentation, including technical designs, data dictionaries, and process workflows.
