Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Google Ads Expert. The Google Ads Expert will manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, analyse data to improve performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through digital advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube networks. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. Write compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and generate detailed reports. Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates. Implement conversion tracking and analyse data to refine strategy. Manage ad budgets and adjust bids for optimal performance. Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to align campaign goals. Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (4+ years preferred). Google Ads certification is a strong plus. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Experience with remarketing and funnel strategy. Knowledge of landing page optimisation (CRO). Familiarity with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
