About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running high-conversion campaigns in the NBFC and Banking sector, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for creatives. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs. Track conversions and implement A/B testing to improve performance. Generate detailed reports and insights using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital advertising. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the NBFC or Banking domain. Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
