The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in creating, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to generate leads, improve conversions, and achieve targeted ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to meet business objectives. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies for performance. Monitor campaign performance daily and generate detailed performance reports. Implement A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates. Stay up to date with Google Ads policies and industry trends. Collaborate with designers and content teams for creative assets. Analyze data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of proven Google Ads campaign management experience. Google Ads & Google Analytics certifications preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Excel. Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or SaaS industries is a plus.
