PPC Marketing Specialist (We don't care about your degree, only results) Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Onsite) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and outcomes Who We Are We're a stockbroking firm poised for rapid expansion. With our current monthly ad spend at 3L and plans to scale to 1CR, our goal is clear: increase active traders by driving prospects through our funnel-from sign-up and eKYC completion to executing their first trade. What You'll Do • Scale Campaigns: Develop and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, strategically growing our monthly ad spend from 3L to 1CR. • Drive Trader Acquisition: Design ad strategies to funnel prospects into our onboarding process, ensuring they complete eKYC and make their first trade. • Results-Driven Focus: Work in a task-oriented environment where measurable outcomes (e.g., sign-ups, eKYC completions, first trades) matter more than traditional clock hours. Experiment and Iterate: Conduct A/B tests, refine ad creatives and messaging, and adjust targeting to maximize ROI. • Data & Analytics: Implement robust tracking and reporting systems to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvements. • Collaborate: Work closely with our team to align marketing efforts with overall growth objectives and business goals. Who You Are • You have 3+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven ability to scale campaigns and budgets. • You possess in-depth knowledge of PPC platforms and key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS). • You are driven by outcomes-delivering tangible results such as user sign-ups, eKYC completions, and first trades. • You thrive in a flexible, task-focused environment where success is measured by results, not by hours logged. • You bring a data-driven approach, quickly adapting strategies based on real-time performance insights.
