About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube 2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize performance 3. Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs 4. Write high-converting ad copy and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives 5. Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio 6. Stay updated on Google Ads policies and trends 7. Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and site structure 8. Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and page content for SEO 9. Manage and execute link-building strategies using white-hat techniques only 10. Monitor technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs 11. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated 12. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics Requirements: 1. Demonstrate proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns 2. Show solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing them 3. Display proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog 4. Hold Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications as a preference 5. Possess strong analytical and reporting skills 6.
