🚀 We're Hiring: Google Ads Specialist (Remote | EST Hours) Are you passionate about performance marketing and data-driven growth? We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. 🔍 What You’ll Do: Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) for multiple clients. Conduct keyword research, build targeting strategies, and develop compelling ad copy. Monitor performance daily, optimize for KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR), and report insights. Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Collaborate cross-functionally with our content, design, and SEO teams. Communicate with clients and internal teams during EST business hours. What You Bring: 4+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred). Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display required; Shopping/Video a plus). Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
